I would like to be a part of an organized daily or weekly walk for ladies somewhere in Enid. Maybe on the square or at Govnt Springs park on my lunch break 11:30-12:30 with other ladies.

I have been very convicted by my kiddos-- it is so easy to talk about all the good habits they should have in their life, but being a living example is a different story. I want to be able to say: do as I say AND as I do!

Yikes. I keep reading about the evils of added sugar. Not just empty calories, but sugar's impact on blood pressure and overall organ function. A recent USA Today article quoted that it's recommended that women eat only 6.5 added teaspoons of sugar a day and men only 7.5... That's about 5 oz. of soda!

I want to welcome and encourage all who joined E-Loseit as they started the biggest loser program at Vance AFB. Since having the privilege to speak to you on January 5th about my own personel journey to a new lifestyle, there have been 119 people join the E-loseit program. I wish everyone a " THIN 2010" If I can do it you can do it.
